To all of our valued guests and friends...we will be closed for dinner in order to host a private event (a rehearsal dinner for a lovely young couple) on Friday March 22nd. We apologize to all who might have wanted to join us that evening but assure you that we will be open our usual hours the remainder of the weekend! Please do come and join us!
Our peppercorn crusted Niman Ranch 12 oz. ribeye from our special Valentine’s menu last night! A number of guests said it was the best steak they’ve ever had! Our team rocked it last night and our guests were a joy to serve, and thank you to Cesar Gomez for his beautiful guitar playing that set the mood!
One of our wonderful hand made entrees from last night... a lobster and crab ravioli! We have a few orders that we will be serving all weekend until we run out, also a beautiful Chilean Sea Bass! Treat yourself right and enjoy our beautiful outdoor decks with the music of Jim Mayer!

...pictured are some of the wonderful dishes from tonight’s prix fixe New Year’s menu! ... a filet mignon with a truffle oil risotto and a cherry and red wine reduction...a deep fried soft shell crab with home fries and a lemon butter...a duck l’orange with roasted fingerlings and sautéed kale and spinach... and a portobello Wellington with eggplant, zucchini and a red pepper coulis with a rice pilaf and one of two dazzling desserts by Jess; a white chocolate champagne cheesecake trifle! I want to thank my truly amazing wife and partner, Jess, our head chef Tomas Gaitan and our entire kitchen team for bringing yet another amazing culinary creation to life! I have been stung by some really overly personal negative online reviews recently, and despite the overwhelming number of great reviews we receive and the love and appreciation for what we are attempting here in Wimberley, I want to say we are here, we are trying every day to make the best dining experience that we can, and we will continue to strive, to improve, to be creative and not bound by anyone’s negativity. Please join us Thursday night for a Chef's tasting - a preview of selected dishes from our new fall and winter dinner menu. We are super excited about launching what will be our 9th dinner menu since opening in 2014. Thank you To Chef Tomas Gaitan and all of our kitchen team (Sean Smith, Garen Holt, Rinaldo Lanzillotti, Jessenia Bober, Vincent Rios and Noah Williams) for their contributions and creativity.
